CSC Central portal: applications for the 2027/28 academic year open 8 September 2026, close 16:00 BST on Tuesday 20 October 2026. This is the general CSC date — HEC (as nominating agency for Pakistan) may set an earlier internal deadline and nominates by December 2026; check the HEC notice on hec.gov.pk before treating 20 Oct as the effective Pakistan deadline.

Pakistani applicants must submit on BOTH the HEC e-portal and the CSC online system. HAT ≥60/100 is mandatory for HEC nomination.
